中新网济南11月6日电(周艺伟)济南市消防救援支队支队长周升光6日表示，今年前10个月，该市消防救援队伍共处置警情1.1万余起，保护财产价值3.9亿元(人民币，下同)。其中，城市火灾的数量在各类警情的占比由6年前的80%下降到60%，各类灾害事故的处置和抢救疏散被困、遇险人员的数量均比6年前上升近1倍。

目前，济南市电动自行车保有量约有468万辆，今年以来已发生电动自行车火灾146起。据周升光介绍，济南消防联合该市16个部门单位组建市级整治工作专班，围绕电动自行车销售、使用、停放、充电、报废回收等各环节进行安全治理。“自整治工作开展6个月以来，济南发生电动自行车火灾77起，环比整治前6个月下降了17.2%c7下载，与去年同期相比下降26.7%。”

针对今年以来的火灾形势和消防工作特点规律，济南消防部署开展消防安全集中除患攻坚行动，严查严治违规动火动焊作业、安全疏散条件不足、违规设置防盗网和广告牌等“三类问题”，督促整改各类火灾隐患1.47万余处。同时，开展“拆窗破网”、打通消防“生命通道”等“回头看”行动，持续推进大型商业综合体、学校医院、居民住宅等场所消防安全示范创建。(完)
