The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 总台央视记者张芸：这里保存着两枚国宝级的里程木简，第一枚是出土于居延的里程木简，我们可以看到它上面记录了从长安到氐池的共20个驿置地点具体的里程道次；第二枚木简是出土于悬泉置的里程木简，它记录的是从苍松到渊泉，一共14个驿置地点具体的里程道次。这两枚里程简合在一起，就是举世闻名大家熟知的古丝绸之路东段路线。

江西省文物考古研究院科技考古与文物保护中心吴振华：海昏侯墓出土的竹简，因为自身的降解比较严重，再加上墓室垮塌对它造成了挤压，通俗地讲已经跟成面条一样的，一碰就碎，保存状况非常差。通过加固之后，从2023年年初才逐步开始进行清洗，脱水、信息采集这类工作。大致在2026年左右，会对5200多枚竹简陆续完成脱水工作以及信息采集工作。
